Reporting of the Institute and Experimental Farms
Pursuant to Article 101 of the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information" public information in the form of open data shall be published for free and unrestricted access. Open data is permitted for its subsequent free use and distribution.
Any person shall be free to copy, publish, distribute, and use open data, including for commercial purposes, in combination with other information or by incorporation into their own product, provided that a mandatory reference to the source of the data is included.
A mandatory condition for any subsequent use of the open data is an obligatory reference to the source of the data (including a hyperlink to the open data web page of the information owner).
